3 under 2 and pregnant

Hello everyone,

I'm 23, with 3 young kids, 20 months and twins who are 12 weeks. 2 weeks ago i found out I'm pregnant again, but i haven't really accepted it. I've kinda just been ignoring it because it doesn't seem real, how can i be pregnant again?

I'm so scared of what people are gonna think and say. I'm thinking about keeping the pregnancy a secret until after the baby is born.

If anyone as been in the same situation as me or if anyone has some advice to spare i would really appreciate hearing it!
