Braxton Hicks this early?

I started having what feels like painful contractions about 3 hours ago. They would come and go, irregular and radiate to my low back, kinda shaky and felt like I was going to throw up or poop everywhere. I spoke with an OB nurse, and she told me to take a hot bath and to not worry unless I was bleeding or if it continues tomorrow. This is my third pregnancy and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. This pregnancy is going to suck if this is what’s to come…
