Pregnant with mirena

Pregnant with mirena! This is baby four, one and two were planned. Three was conceived on the pill. Also fell pregnant in-between one and two before we had started TTC again after using the morning after pill but had a miscarriage. Obviously one of us is very fertile and I was looking into possibly getting my tubes tied but now I'm pregnant. Boyfriend wouldn't get the snip as he said it's the woman's responsibility. He is really not happy, says I have to have an abortion but after thinking about it I really want this baby. Not sure if he will break up with me over this. What to do?
