Adenomyosis?

Does anyone else have adenomyosis? I have severe constant cramping and pressure/heaviness every single day and ovulation and my period make it even worse. I’ve complained to several obgyn and they just tell me to take birth control which doesn’t help. It’s progressively getting worse and I can’t even have sex anymore because it makes the cramps worse after. What should I do? I’ve been crying every day and I can barely work now because of the pain.
