Is my HCG too low?

I was exactly 9 weeks when I did the blood test (confirmed by a scan the week before) and it was 9474 IU/L. I've had a look online but I can only find reference ranges using different units. I tried to convert the units but I don't really know how to do this. If I did it right it would mean my levels are too low. Can anyone help? ***Update: They got the dates wrong. The blood test result was from a couple of weeks ago. I'm so relieved! Thank you all for your help!***
