Misscarraige

I thubk i had a miscarriagelasr night i was cralping rllt bad bleeding bright red and clots. I didnt see anything as my mother cleaned everything as i couldnt cope. She said there was alot of blood and the clots were about the size of 3 50p peices . She said none looked like white tissue or anything but she also said there was a lot of@blood and couldnt fully se. I was having contractions and was rlly bad. I have a scan on Wednesdayto confim bit does anyone know for sure if the baby feels pain when they die during misscarraige. Its rlly bothering me and i rlly didnt want to hurt them
