Am i feeling baby? Pressure

I am 18.5 weeks. This is not my first pregnancy. I felt baby around now with my first and I had an anterior placenta. But I was also 40 pounds lighter at that stage than I am now.

I’ve been feeling pressure on and off on my right side for awhile. Every ultrasound baby has also been on the right side so far. Not sure where placenta is located this pregnancy. Do you think this pressure feeling is baby or no?
