Long periods

My period is still going on for 17 days now and it doesn’t look like it will be stopping soon . Also my last month cycle my period lasted for more than that . I don’t know what to do . I already had a transvaginal ultrasound to check for fibroids and the doctor said everything was normal and no fibroids. She even said this could just be how my periods are smh but this just don’t seem normal to me and it’s taking over my life . At this point I don’t even think I could be ovulating at all . I’m 35 and been wanting to have another baby before it’s too late but I can’t even get busy because I’m always bleeding smh
