Things have been on my mind

Me and my fiance will be together 5 years in August we still aren't married I be 28 this year which I am not getting any younger he never talks about our wedding or actually getting married unless I bring it up it's at the point where I am gonna stop bringing it up or wearing my engagement ring even knowing it's missing a diamond which has been needing to be fixed I just don't understand why we can't actually have a date set and stick with it. And honestly that's not bothering as well but I seriously can't remember the last time I actually had some good sex and actually cam it's been about 4 weeks he'll ask for bj but as fast as me even getting anything back it's a no or I have to always get on top now I don't know anymore maybe I am not sexy enough or even a turn on to him anymore at this point. Like tonight he asked for a bj I straight out said no which I felt guilty but I know sex wasn't going to be involved like it has been for a bit now
