Pelvic girdle pain/SPD
I'm pregnant with my 3rd (9 weeks) with my first two pregnancies I had really bad PGP/SPD (started about 20 weeks on my first and 6 weeks on my second, both boys) is there any chance at all I won't get it this time round? I haven't felt anything yet, so atm looking pretty good. But my last pregnancies were so traumatising because of it I just realllly don't want it to happen again 🥴
