Hcg levels

Hi everyone. Need some help. I had ovarian drilling in july last year for my pcos. Periods coming every month or so (35 to 45 days) Tested positive at home 30.12.23. Due to past (4 m/c, infertility,pcos) the.epu told me to go in 01.01.24. Scan showed what they thought was a sac around 5mm so they thought 4 to 5 weeks. Hcg came back 2759 and progesterone perfect. Hcg 2 days later 4147, they werent overly concerned but wanted me to repeat today. Hcg came back 4740. Have a scan monday but just wondered if anyone had any positives? No pain or bleeding. Thank you
