heart palpitations, chest pain, hard to catch breath, weird feeling in throat

has anyone here experienced heart palpitation while pregnant? i’m 17 weeks pregnant with my second and never experienced this with my first. normally it’s just a few minutes and goes away but it randomly started while i was laying down and my chest is hurting and it’s making it hard to breathe. i’ve had this feeling in my throat all day where it feels like a balloon is stuck in my throat, or like i struggled to swallow a piece of gum or something. should i be concerned?! help 😩
