scared, at risk?!

My period is nine days lates as said this app. This month I had sex with my bf like four times as marked. I am not in any birth control method, but we always use condoms and he never finishes inside, it's always outside. I am not sure if I ovulated this month in the exact week that the app says or days before I supposed to have my period since I discharged a bit of clear white and all white. Yesterday I was pooping more softly, today I was having a bit of cramp feeling. I’m really scared and worried, am I at risk? Please respond nicely.
