So my mother-in-law and sister-in-law went shopping for baby shower decorations without me (I had no idea they were going).. I told them I want to do the shower farm animal themed. I really wanted subtle, calm color decorations. They picked up stuff that’s really not my style. Bold colors. They were so excited to show me that I couldn’t say I didn’t like them. I just said “oh yeah they’re cute!”

My husband said just to let them do it because it’s not that big of a deal. I probably will because I don’t have the heart to hurt their feelings and I’m grateful that they are excited to help throw me a baby shower. It did make me feel good to see how excited they were with what they found.

What would you do in this situation? Would you just let it be or say something?
