Ectopic experience

So last night I went to ER , they did an Us and saw a very small gestational sac but not fetal pole or yolk sac , also found a very small cyst in my tubes . Said it might be ectopic but they was not 100% ! 🥺

Has this happen to anyone and as weeks pass their was a healthy baby , you just ovulated later than you thought ??? Or just share y’all ectopic experiences 🥹😭
