How to get 11 month old to take a comfort item

So basically im my babys confort item, im Exclusively bf and he wont take a sippy or a bottle or even a paci. just a straw sippy or cup and i know thats good thing but i cant leave for longer then 30 mins before hes crying to the point hes Hyperventilating. he likes wash clothes that are wet but has started to pull the fibers on then even the micro fiber ones .So i was thanking about getting one of those little blanket with the bears attached to it but he wont take nothing with me around and i need suggestions.. because im not gunna leave him and let him get so worked up but i would really like a night without a baby attached to me ( literally )
