I want to get a new job but also want to try for a baby soon.

So I posted before about my current position. My supervisor offered a raise but also wants to increase my workload. I'm the only person in the office besides her (I have co workers in other offices locations) but my caseload is HUGE already. Now since she gave me a raise based on a grant, my job duties have to change. I haven't signed anything yet so I'm not sure if there is a time frame to the position but we have talked about me leaving to pursue other opportunities since I just got my Master's degree. She agrees that I need that but she needs time to hire and train someone else which has taken a long time in the past.

The dilemma is that I'll be 30 this year and my husband and I want to have a baby soon. We want to start trying by summer time. I have a nexplanon so it might take a little while for everything to get back to normal, but I also want a new job. I don't want to go into a new position knowing that I might be pregnant soon when you typically have to stay for a year before using FMLA. I also don't think I can stay where I'm at for around another year if my job duties are changing...should I ask for a time frame (ie. 6mos) and start another job when I have my implant removed and see what happens, or should I try to stick it out here where I've been 2 1/2 years and try to do the new job duties while pregnant and then move on?
