Involuntary orgasm while sleeping

Ok so I've been put on pelvic rest due to a sub chorionic hemorrhage. This includes no sexual activity. What's really odd for me is that normally while NOT pregnant I have absolutely no sex drive. And now that I'm pregnant I still don't have an ounce of a sex drive. But what's weird is I keep having sexual dreams and twice now I've had an involuntary orgasm. I'm scared this will hurt my babies. Does anyone know if it will? I can't control what's happening while I'm sleeping. Should I just ask my ob?
