9 month old and 1 nap
My 9 month old has been taking 1 nap the last few days. His nap is about 2.5 hours and then he refuses his second nap. This makes it a long stretch to bedtime though. Has anyone else’s 9 month old switched to 1 nap? It seems so young for only one nap
