Question

My bf and I got into an argument. I went to pick up my son just to hold him. My bf grabbed my neck and pushed me back. Now he’s throwing shit around the house and just yelling. He’s saying putting his hand on me pushing me back isn’t abuse ? I just need answers so I can prove to him it is.

This is all over me asking him for attention. I just wanted him to hold me. But because I didn’t ask the right way he’s just exploding.
