Hi momma's

I'm not sure if this would be relevant because I'm in western Europe and there might be differences culturally..

I am seperating from my partner and I'm looking for a place for me and my 3yo son.

I found a lovely apartment, but I've seen a lot of apartments by now and the renting market is pretty damn hot. I don't want to get my hopes up.

Now this apartment is rented out by a lovely older lady and I met her yesterday when she showed me the apartment.

We mailed some up and down for necessary things, but qi was wondering if I should mail her about how much I like the apartment or not.

I don't want to appear pushy but I also want to communicate how much I like the apartment.

Though I also understand that she has a lot more security when she has a (young) childless couple in her apartment. 2 incomes.. (where I am most couples are double income)
