Has this happened to anyone?

So my last period was Nov 17-22 (my periods have been regular for a few months now) and I had spotting Dec 24 and 25th only when I wiped (that’s when I was supposed to start my period) so I took a pregnancy test on Jan 7th and was negative so I started taking these progesterone pills to start my period I’m on day 7 of my pills now and still no period or signs I’m getting my period which usually in the past it would start very early on.. I’m not to sure what’s going on so i decided to see if anyone could give me any intake on what’s going on… I’m 21 days late :/
