Placenta

Has anyone else ever had a low lying placenta that has occasionally had you bleed? Last week, I was bleeding a tiny bit, then the next day I was told my placenta is really low & it probably irritated it & if it covers my cervix 100% I’ll need a c section. But, after some more research, I have been seeing that is cause a lot of complications & even preterm labor…I’ve been a nervous wreck. I’m 21 weeks now & also an anemic. Has anyone else had that & have any advice or their experiences
