Kindergarten teacher

My kindergartener keeps rushing when talking all of a sudden like in a panic to get his words out. I guess his new teacher keeps telling him he needs to please hurry up when talking in class. That doesn’t seem right to me I would love others opinions. He has went from loving school to not wanting to go at all.
