Nails growing weirdly

Hi yall, I’m 27 weeks pregnant. I recently noticed that my nails aren’t growing smoothly. I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum in my first trimester. I was on drips/ivs for like 25 days. Just as I hit 17 weeks mark I got all better. My liver functions got in the normal range. Can’t be more thankful. But I did lose 15 kgs all thru that. I still do feel weak. I’m not able to walk long distances without taking long breaks. And now my nails are like this. I told my doctor and she said I just need a manicure 🫥

What do u think is causing this?
