I feel crazy 😩 early pregnancy signs

It’s been 7 days since we BD and today I’ve started cramping mostly on my left side of my uterus. Over the weekend I craved a bunch of food and once I got it I didn’t want it anymore and the smell of my daughters chips were so strong like I could smell every ingredient. Could this be signs? I feel like it’s just my head messing with me since it’s only been 7 days but was just curious on if anyone else has experienced this. Please be kind ❤️
