Pacifier preventing sleep. HELP!
Hi mamas,
My baby (born 3 months early) is attached to her pacifier and it disrupts her sleep. She was was given the pacifier in the NICU to help her with her sucking reflexes but now she seems so attached. Any time the pacifier comes out of her mouth during sleep she wakes up and won’t fall back asleep until she gets it.
Any tips on weaning her off the pacifier? She needs sleep and I need sleep. I’m feeling hopeless at this point.
