I have done 5 previous cycles with trigger shot all 2.5mg and 5mg but this time we upped my dosage to 7.5mg. I just got the best news ever!!! I usually ovulate late or have had very slow maturing eggs and this time on cycle day 12 follicle scan it showed i have a 20mm on my left and a 23mm on my right! She said both look ovulatory so I could potentially ovulate both! And all without even needing a trigger shot this cycle! I’m shaking and crying bc this is my first glimpse of hope in months!!! Pray for me and send baby dust my way all I’ve ever wanted was to be a mother and pcos has kept knocking that dream down for YEARS now❤️😭
