Stomach bug causing diarrhea for days on end

So I’m on day 5 of horrific almost unbearable diarrhea. It’s all day and night. Roughly every 30mins to an hour. My daughter caught it too but not as bad as me. She’s maybe 3-4 times a day the last 3 days for her.

I’m beyond miserable. I keep waiting to wake up one morning and feel better but it almost feels like it’s getting worse. I’ve been staying hydrated and having a bland diet because my appetite is nonexistent.

My spring college classes started on Tuesday and I haven’t been able to even look at the work because I can’t get off the toilet.

I got some anti diarrhea pills earlier took them at 10am and didn’t have any diarrhea until about 6pm it started hitting me again.

I literally feel like I’m going to have a mental breakdown. I’m so miserable. Has anyone had a stomach bug like this before?
