Hi all,

I am a single mom to a toddler. I just moved to a new state for a temporary job.

My child goes to daycare and my aunt helps when she can.

I am currently looking for a permanent job and I want to know what would you do…

My aunt is recommending I move closer to her so that she can be of more help.

I would like to stay in the urban area where I temporarily reside now for a few reasons:

The culture, the community, and the beauty…where my aunt lives is more of the burbs…

Also, my child currently goes to daycare in the area now in which we reside and I would feel guilty if I had to pull her out of her current daycare and she had to readjust, as we are both already going through so many new changes..

If I did move closer to my aunt and found a position, it would save me way more money in regards to daycare expenses as I have some goals I would like to meet in the next few years.

So what is your best advice?

To move closer to her for daycare help, or stay where I am at?
