I don’t know if I’m tripping. I’m literally going through a break up right now. Just broke up with my mentally abusive bf on Friday.
 I went to a family party yesterday and all of our cousins started taking pics. I came out so UGLY. I’m in shock. I lost my glow. Idk if this is such a thing but my eyes look droopy, my skin looks horrible, my body, my smile looks fake!
 I stopped taking pics in 2019 and didn’t realize how much I have changed for the worse. I mean I don’t think it’s age I’m barely 29

Stress can definitely impact appearance. But once you are more relaxed and comfortable overall, you will start to look like your previous happy self again.

I was with a very awful man, same as you I never took photos, when I did see myself in photos others took I looked nothing like myself, when I left and I got myself back I changed completely, I looked healthier, happier and had my glow back.

I didn’t realize it until I left my toxic relationship, but the pictures of me in it and the pictures of me after it, were very different. Idk how to explain it but even my eyes looked different. It’s like the light came back.

Stress can impact your appearance and even cause premature aging. You may be able to get your Glow back with lots and lots of self-love and care. Some of it might be due to premature aging and that is not reversible. ￼
