Can Endometriosis be misdiagnosed

Can Endometriosis be misdiagnosed and end up being a baby ? General question I'm a minor ( almost an adult ) had unprotected s. Like , September ,7th had medium period like bleeding a week after then it varied and became a light light period , got on birth control no period anymore btw ive had pelvic pain before September mid August but i also had se- on the 22 nd of june of last year I'm just nervous because the pelvic pains and nauseous tricks my brain ,( ive had ultrasounds , ,Ct scan an a ray ) ultrasound or Ct showed endo of what they said but I'm just nervous because what if they misdiagnosed? And I am pregnant even though I had scans done tests ect and negative ..?

For endo is the pain and nausea , ,24/7

Btw if I were pregnant I'd be 19weeks 4 days x and please be honest because I'm nervous as f 🙏- pain. Located right above crouch area and abit to the side -
