Surprise failed vasectomy, loss, now NTNP?

So we found out in 2023 that my husband's vasectomy (that was done in 2021) failed because I got pregnant in November! Sadly, I miscarried 2 days after the positive test. Hubby did an otc sperm test (the one that looks like a pregnancy test) and it was very lightly positive. This complicates things lol. He's refused to go through another procedure, but I cant be on birth control due to my health. I've been struggling for a while and unfortunately it's going towards a cancer diagnosis. We let my doctors know and while it wouldnt be ideal to get pregnant, it also isnt the end of the world. It'd be a miracle baby. This leads us to simply NTNP. We always wanted one more, but due to my health, decided logically we shouldnt. I'm not sure what I'm looking for other than support!
