I had my first child 3months ago by emergency C-section I want to give my daughter 5years ….. but am not on any birth control meds I have asked my close friends and sisters what to do about it without going through any procedure or medication condom is risky as well I don’t want to disturb my hormones with medication again …. Any suggestions
