Too paranoid?

I have a boy who's name starts with a F and want to name my girl an A name. I was looking at letter jewelry and realized it would spell slang AF. Does this matter?  and no not getting the jewelry but just noticed that.

An A name is totally fine. No one will think of putting just the first two initials of siblings together.
