Birth Giving Period Cramps
Does anyone have chronic period cramps? I’m talking bent over on the ground, rolling around crying & throwing up type of pain. & has anyone figured out the root cause or natural treatments?
Anything will help! I’m done taking the pill. I did find one that worked but also made me gain 15lbs. Gynos all recommend the pill & well science doesn’t have much info on this at all .. sigh. Even went to handy dandy tiktok & found minimal answers.
