4 months PP missed period

Hey everyone!

I’m just gonna jump right into this. I had my son 4 1/2 months ago on September 1st. I got my first period after having him in October and they have been very regular since getting it back. I am not on birth control and my husband and I have had a couple accidents this cycle. We aren’t using any kind of protection so it is possible I could be pregnant. But my period is 7 days late as of today with no signs of coming. I took a test on Friday which I was 3 days late and another one on Sunday and they were both negative. I’m not showing any symptoms of pregnancy other than sore nipples and migraines and maybe frequent urination. I am going to take another test today and see what it says. But has this happened to anyone else? I’ve never had this happen before. I usually always have my periods on time. I’ve never been more than 2 days late and when I found out I was pregnant with both of my children I got a positive 2 days after my missed period. I’m stressing!
