Stomach pain!!

I’m 5weeks, tested positive on Jan 11th. I’m having bloating like pain on the sides of my stomach with some very very pinkish discharge when wiping only when I pee. Is it normal? It’s my second pregnancy & my first was very easy & no symptoms for a few months.
