I’m panicking …

I struggle with anxiety so I was put on medication. I stopped taking it because I thought I was feeling better. Well I have always panicked about getting pregnant, last night I had an accident. Me and my partner use spermicide condoms from start to finish. I asked him to check it after we were done and I saw some fluid stretchy and he told me it was mine. The condom didn’t have a visible tear. Well that stretchy fluid made me panic so I pour water on the condom and started pressuring it down and idk if I ended up breaking the condom cause I did notice more and more holes came out. I took a plan b pill today morning, but it’s the start of my fertile week. Do I have a high chance of pregnancy? I have been shacking all day today, I even had to call in to work because of how paranoid I got… TIA.
