I need some advice ladies!!

Hi everyone, I’m 23 years old and I’m not exactly trying to get pregnant but i’ve been having unprotected sex for the last 6 months (with the same partner) and he does finish in me every time but I have yet to get pregnant. I have very regular, healthy periods and i’m almost positive I ovulate but I only go based off of period tracker apps. Just wondering if there are any other ladies who’s experienced the same issues and still ended up pregnant. Or if I should go see a gynaecologist to see, maybe it’s my partner, i’m not sure.
