When should i worry about a uti?

Its been like 5 days, it hurts when i finish peeing, now im gettin sharp pains on my side and my back. I havent had time to go to.the doctors. But i been taking azo. Should i just keep trying to flush it out? Or go to doctorin couple days? It wont get to my kidneys unless i have it for like a month right?

Go to urgent care. AZO doesn’t treat a uti. It masks symptoms which isn’t good. You need antibiotics. It can go to your kidney sooner than a month.

Mine turned into a double kidney infection within hours and I was in septic shock within 24. Azo DOESNT treat anything. You need to go to urgent care ASAP
