Help!

I’m a 28 year old with pcos. My last period started December 11 naturally. I’m not on birth control and usually get one period a month. I was having cramps around January 6 and I thought it was my period coming on. My partner and I had unprotected sex and he finished inside. I looked at my calendar which I’m alright at keeping up with and it said it was nearing the end of my fertile window like the last day?! The cramps felt like period cramps so I was shocked when it said ovulation. It’s now January 25 and I have no signs of my period other than the occasional cramps that I’ve had randomly for the past week. Can my over thinking be scaring my period away?
