tmi - urgently have to pee always !

i’m sorry for this tmi question, but i haven’t been able to find any answers elsewhere.

when i have to pee, I HAVE TO PEE. i mean like seriously sitting on the ground or holding my crotch so i don’t pee myself. it’s not that i have to pee more frequently, it’s just when i do have to pee, it’s so instant like i’m going to pee myself on the spot.

it’s not a uti. i cant find anything else related but i feel crazy 😭 i wake up, get home, eat dinner, etc. and all of a sudden i’m just like i have to pee…oh I REALLY HAVE TO PEE RIGHT NOW. please help!!!
