Implantation bleeding?

I am 12 dpo and just noticed light pink blood when I went to the bathroom. Last period started just straight bright red. Is there still hope?! Period is due any time now

Sorry, sounds like a period! Especially when it's so close to when you have your period and 12dpo is pretty late to have implantations. Happens to me all the time, light pink to light brown spotting and eventually turns into a full blown period...
