Placenta previa! Advice!!!

Soo recently found out I had PP, currently 23/4, had pretty bad bleeding on Saturday morning so have been at hospital since then for monitoring!! So far baby looks great! I feel great no contractions besides my occasional BH, all my labs are great! So my question is when would they deliver baby if I do have another bad bleed, I got the steroid shot for baby’s lungs second round in the morning! Just getting super nervous about having another bleed serious as this second one was super scary and definitely a lot of blood! This is the first time something like this has ever happened currently pregnant with baby #3!
