Low HCG/progresterone

Had to go through fertility treatments for my first pregnancy for my daughter who's now 21 months old. Have had like three days of faint positive (with pink) FRER tests. Also a faint positive on a clear blue pink dye test. Digital's still negative. Got a quantitative HCG and progesterone test done. HCG is 5 and progesterone is 4.7. I'm currently 15 dpo and 2 days late for my cycle. I feel like I shouldn't get my hopes up this time. In the meantime, my OB has put me on progesterone suppositories (which I did my first pregnancy). Any thoughts- positive or negative? As you know, all of this is just exhausting.
