Has anyone else had this?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant with #2 I started spotting on Monday but it was only pink discharge, come tuesday it's bright red and I'm having some cramps so I called my doctor she had me come in checked my cervix & said I'm still closed, she does see blood but it's no cause for concern, they had me do the nst and said baby was moving fine and they didn't see that I was having contractions so they sent me home and said to let them know if I'm bleeding through a pad within the hour and my pain gets worse. I was induced with my first so I don't know if it's my body getting ready for labor or what? Has anyone else had this and made it to their due date?
