I’m 25. I haven’t had a real relationship since high school. I’ve dated/casually dated and had flings but never a relationship. I’m beginning to think I’ll never find someone again. Everyone says I will but I don’t go “out” in places where I’d probably meet someone and online dating sucks. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I've empathized this a lot. Start working on YOURSELF! You have no obstacles holding you back from getting in the best shape of your life (go to the gym), you can help others (volunteer), work on your education (take classes or get a degree). As you work to reach personal growth, you will gravitate towards like minded people. That's how you organically meet a quality person. You're not mindlessly swiping or meeting a sleezy person at a bar. The second you reach for your own personal goals, is the moment you meet people working towards theirs.
