Squirting, fake or real?

My husband made me squirt for the first time and I have to talk about it. I thought that was fake, I thought women just peed until it happened to me! It made me feel kinda gross, is this normal?

I wouldn't worry too much about putting a label on it - you had a good time and that's what matters lol.
I googled it out of curiosity and there's a lot of division between scientists on this. We don't yet understand how or why it happens, but squirting  is confirmed to contain urine. It's odourless and colourless, and it's an expulsion from the bladder.
The fluid that is milky and thick is not squirting, it's produced by paraurethral glands. It's a secretion of a very small amount of fluid.

It’s diluted urine. I feel like it’s the same for men cause when they urinate not all of their urine comes out once they’re done, once they ejaculate, sperm and a little bit of urine that left behind comes out too. Just a thought on the men’s part.

It comes from the bladder and out of the urethra. It’s pee, but usually diluted. When some women are stimulated in a specific way and heir bladder fills and involuntarily releases.
