What are tips advice on living together with people whether that's being a good host or a guest and when living together how can there be a wonderful living situation where everyone is content 
Looking for advice how to live together with roommates how to treat each other things people should know when living together with someone advice anyone can use whether it's a roommate, family, guest, married couples first moving in together I would like a general idea what's appropriate manners house rules how rent chores are normally and how to treat each other

From the start come up with a roommate agreement that outlines what you both will and won’t tolerate, print it out and both of y’all need to sign it. Then just be considerate of each others space and the common areas. Be clean and be polite. Maybe a chore chart if you all can’t come to an agreement and so it’s not the same person doing everything. You don’t have to be best friends but there needs to be a level of mutual respect and an open line of communication. Roommates weren’t for me and I broke the lease but that isn’t the same for everyone. Wish you the best of luck!

Have your agreements written out before moving in together. Communication especially when bringing home unknown guests, respecting other people stuff & food unless you are sharing. Do your dishes! Clean up your mess, pay your part on time, take turn with taking out trash (schedule helps) move your laundry. Be respectful of quiet hours.

Don’t be dirty/messy, clean up after yourself, don’t touch what’s not yours unless you asked first, make sure you’re good financially so you don’t have to rely on your roommate to pay your part, respect their schedule (don’t play loud music or have get togethers if you know that’s a time they’re usually sleeping or studying; and if you’re going to have a guest over, ask your roommate if it’s ok with them and come to a compromise if it’s not), communicate communicate communicate. A lot of roommates/relationships have falling outs simply because they’re immature and/or don’t communicate with each other. If you have an issue with them, don’t be that person that leaves passive aggressive notes or texts, just have a mature conversation.
